Edmonton: Youth Mental Health & Wellness
Service Description
Join us for a fun and relaxing afternoon where youth can connect with our friendly program dogs, create a craft, and learn simple mindfulness techniques to better understand and manage emotions. This is a safe, supportive space to build confidence, reduce stress, and make no connections. No experience required - just come as you are! This program is free to attend. If you'd like to support future Youth Mental Health & Wellness programs, optional donations are always appreciated, but never expected.

Cancellation Policy
A parent or guardian must accompany all participants at drop-off to sign a required waiver before the session begins. Children cannot be left without a signed waiver. This program includes supervised interaction with animals. While we take every precaution to ensure safety, animals can behave unpredictably. Please ensure your child is comfortable around dogs and able to follow instructions. If your child has any allergies, medical needs, or behavioral considerations, please let us know in advance. Parents/guardians are welcome to stay during the session but are not required to do so. Spaces are limited and must be booked in advance. If you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible. This is a pay-what-you-can program (suggested donation $20). No one will be turned away due to inability to donate.
