FOOD BANK
At Parachutes for Pets, we believe no one should have to choose between feeding themselves and feeding their pet. Our Pet Food Bank offers a hand up to pet owners experiencing financial hardship - helping families stay together through tough times.
This program is lovingly named Harley’s Hampers, in honour of our founder’s beloved dog, Harley, whose legacy continues to help pets in need.
Food Bank Hours
Tuesday - Saturday
12:00PM - 4:00PM
How It Works
When you visit during food bank hours with valid proof of income, you can receive a Harley’s Hamper. Each household may receive:

Up to 3 hampers per year

Support for up to 2 pets per household

A one-time supply of veterinary food or cat litter
(when available)
Please Note
All food and supplies are provided through donations, which means:

We cannot guarantee specific brands, flavours, or food types

We do our best to accommodate allergies or medical needs
To encourage responsible pet ownership, this program is only available to pets who have been in the home for at least one year. Pets should be spayed or neutered, or the owner must be open to low-cost options we can help recommend.
